All pieces are handmade to order and are despatched normally within 5 to 14 working days but this DOES differ at times therefore please refer to current dispatch times at top of page before placing your order.

 

Orders are then sent with Royal Mail and delivered in accordance with their schedule.

 

Customs charges are not payable or due for items being sent between Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Defective Component:

We offer a 90 day guarantee on individual components for defects (this excludes where breakage occurs outside of closure area due to breakages caused with impact/pressure outside of delicate jewellery).
