Please note that due to the personalised nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been customised with initials, names or any other personalised elements. This is because these items are unique to each customer and been made specifically.

 

Replacement is offered on individual component only if defect applicable.

 

We encourage you to double check the spelling, dates and any other personalised details you provide when placing your order. Our team meticulously crafts each piece according to your specifications, so it's essential to ensure accuracy during the ordering process.

 

If you have any concerns about the quality of your personalised jewellery upon receipt, please reach out within 48 hours of receipt by submitting an email with:

 

CONCERN and your order number in title bar followed by details of your concern within the email with accompanying images.

 

We want you to be satisfied with you purchase and will do our best to address any issues promptly usually within 3 working days.
